Jam Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    strawberry jam
    sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and cream cheese.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, mixing well.
    Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
    Cut with a 2-inch round cutter.
    Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.
    Spoon 1/4 teaspoonful of jam on each cookie.
    Fold opposite sides together, slightly overlapping edge.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
