Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie shell
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Toss sugar, flour and cornmeal lightly with fork.
Add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Cut when warm.
Makes a thick 9-inch pie, shimmery and golden inside.
