Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (31 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Mix vegetables in bowl.
    Bring sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil in a saucepan.
    Pour over vegetables; mix well.
    Chill overnight.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
