Freezer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 60 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
    Place on 2 (15 x 10 x 1-inch) baking pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Cool.
    Wrap in three 20 meatball packages.
    Freeze up to 6 months.
    Serves 12.
