Hot Artichoke Parmesan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. reduced fat mayo
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    dash of cayenne pepper
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place artichoke hearts in center of a clean kitchen towel, gather up ends and twist firmly to extract all water.
