Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (can use mushroom instead)
    1 (8 oz.) shredded Colby cheese (or can use mild Cheddar)
    1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thaw overnight in refrigerator
Preparation
    Oven Method:
    Mix and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with potato chips or corn flakes.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
