Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated cheese
    8 Tbsp. flour
    25 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, cheese and flour, mixing until well blended.
    (Sometimes I have to use a little of the pineapple juice to blend the ingredients.)
    Pour into baking dish and put crushed Ritz crackers on top of mixture.
    Pour melted margarine on top of crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This is delicious as a side dish with meats.
