Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
    1 large pkg. cauliflower, frozen
    1 large pkg. carrots, frozen
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 stick oleo
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook and drain all vegetables.
    Add Velveeta cheese, cut up; add the oleo.
    Mix well and put into a flat casserole dish.
    Cover with 1 tube crushed crackers mixed with 1/2 stick melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
