Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) water chestnuts, drained
    1 can (16 oz.) bean sprouts, drained
    4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Cut or tear washed spinach into small pieces.
    Slice chestnuts paper thin.
    Drain bean sprouts.
    Combine spinach, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs and bacon.
    Toss.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
