Marybeth'S Poundcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. margarine, softened
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl and beat 1/2 minute at low speed.
    Beat 5 minutes at high speed.
    On low speed, mix in flour mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour).
