Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. popped corn
1 c. peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Boil sugar, water, syrup and salt to soft ball stage (238\u00b0). Add vanilla, vinegar and butter.
Cook to hard ball stage (266\u00b0). Pour over popped corn and peanuts.
Mix together.
