Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 lemons (juice and rind)
3 eggs (reserve whites)
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
Add sugar.
Grate lemon rind into this.
Add lemons (juice and rind) and oleo to eggs and sugar.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Beat egg whites stiff for meringue.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until almost set.
Spread meringue on top of pie and brown.
