Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    2 slices bread, toasted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
