Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cut into pieces (reserve 1 1/2 c. broth)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked as directed
    1 (6 oz.) box stuffing mix (chicken flavor), cooked as directed
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Layer in following order in baking dish:
    stuffing, chicken and broccoli.
    In medium saucepan, combine the broth, margarine, flour, milk, sherry and egg.
    Cook all until thickened; pour over layers in the baking dish.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
