Cottage Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. margarine
    vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate dough overnight.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with knife into rectangular shapes.
    Do not re-roll.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Frost cookies with butter frosting.
    Decorate with nuts, jimmies or colored frosting. (These were always \"special occasion\" cookies at our house.)
