Tarragon Chicken Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and cut into 4 strips
2 minced garlic cloves
salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 c. white wine
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. dried tarragon leaves, crumbled
Preparation

Saute chicken strips in butter and season with spices, except tarragon.
Remove from pan with slotted spoon to heated platter. Deglaze pan with white wine.
Add chicken broth, stir and return chicken to pan to poach for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken, add cream and tarragon and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick.
