Filipino Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block butter
    3 c. sugar (may reduce to 2 1/2 c.)
    4 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk (large size) and water to equal to 2 c. liquid
    1 (16 oz.) box mochiko
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 can coconut milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients in order as listed.
    Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
