Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into serving size pieces.
    Cook in small amount of water until tender.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Pour well mixed sour cream and shrimp soup over cauliflower.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    This is easy and very good.
