Deluxe Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. hash browns (Betty Crocker, with or without onions)
    4 c. hot water
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with hot water and let stand uncovered 15 minutes.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except corn flakes.
    Spread in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with corn flakes.
    Bake uncovered until golden brown at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
