Vegetable Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell or tart shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into pie or tart shell. bake in a 375\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until knife 1/2 in center comes out clean.
