Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small chicken breasts
    small onion
    4 medium size potatoes
    carrots to taste
    1 can peas
    2 tsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    water
Preparation
    Cube chicken breast; brown onion and chicken in 2 teaspoons oil.
    When brown, remove from skillet.
    Add flour and water to make a gravy.
    Peel and cube potatoes; slice carrots.
    Add all to gravy.
    Put in casserole and bake in oven 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    The last 15 minutes, add peas.
    Serves about 4.
