Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    6 oz. onion/garlic croutons
    6 eggs
    3/4 cup butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Crush croutons. Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Saut onion and garlic in butter. Mix all ingredients. Chill. Shape into meatball size balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
