Sweet Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 large sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick ovals, then slice ovals lengthwise in wedges.
    Combine potatoes, egg whites and cinnamon in large bowl.
    Pour coated potatoes into well-greased baking sheet and cook on bottom rack of oven.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0, until wedges are crispy, turning once.
    Serve immediately.
