Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (plain)
3 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. fresh apples, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend vegetable oil, sugar and eggs well.
Sift flour, salt and cinnamon together; add to sugar mixture at intervals.
Add vanilla and chopped apples.
Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
