Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
3 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. A.1. sauce
1 medium onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. beef stock or bouillon cubes (used for sauce)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash and drain mushrooms.
Remove stems and reserve for sauce.
Sprinkle mushroom caps with salt and pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients except sauce.
Pile ground beef mixture generously into mushrooms.
Place into shallow dish.
Bake about 45 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with sauce (beef stock). Makes 6 to 8 servings.
