Mandarin Orange-Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. torn Belgian endive (about 1 head)
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. cashew nuts, toasted (1/3 c.)
    1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing or sweet and sour salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
