Mostaccioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 large chopped onion
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. olive oil
1 pkg. mostaccioli noodles
grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet.
Add and brown ground beef and onion.
Pour noodles in boiling water to cover and let cook until almost dry.
Add tomatoes, spices and tomato sauce.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Add olive oil and simmer.
Layer noodles and sauce in casserole dish.
Top with cheese and serve hot.
