Ground Meat Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano and some red pepper
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 can water
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    bell pepper rings
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste, oregano and some red pepper.
    Pour into dish with tomatoes, water and bay leaf.
    Mix with cooked rice.
    Push this mixture into top of bell pepper rings.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes.
