Ingredients

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate candy bar
6 Tbsp. strong liquid coffee or 3 Tbsp. coffee and 3 Tbsp. cognac or coffee liqueur)
5 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Heat chocolate\tand coffee (or cognac) in top of double boiler.
As
soon
as
water
boils, remove top pan from heat. Stir the
chocolate
mixture until very smooth and glossy.\tIn medium bowl,
mix
yolks until thick and pale.
Gradually beat in chocolate.
