Hot Turkey (Or Chicken) Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 lb.) cooked turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 lb. white rice, cooked
    2 bunches chopped celery (not stalks)
    2 Spanish onions, chopped
    5 lb. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    20 oz. chopped pecans
    1/2 gal. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and lightly place in pans.
    Sprinkle 3 pounds grated Cheddar cheese on top of mixture.
    Cover with 14 ounces crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 40 to 50 people.
