Creole Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 pt. milk
4 ears corn
1 tsp. yeast powder
2 tsp. butter
salt and white pepper
Preparation
-
Grate the corn and mix it with the tepid milk.
Whip the whole eggs into a froth and add these and the other ingredients to the corn and milk.
The yeast powder comes last.
Bake in a slow oven for 30 or 40 minutes.
