Pineapple Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans, divided
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced purple onion
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and pineapple in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
    Add 3/4 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt; stir well.
    Shape cheese mixture into a ball.
    Roll in remaining 1/4 cup pecans.
    Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve with an assortment of crackers.
