Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts With Tangerines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed
    1 small onion, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    grated peel of 1 tangerine or tangelo or orange
    2 medium tangerines, peeled, segmented and seeded (may substitute tangelos or oranges)
    1/4 c. water (if needed)
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook Brussels sprouts 5 minutes in boiling water; drain them. Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    Stir-fry Brussels sprouts, onion, caraway seed and bouillon 5 minutes.
    (Add 1/4 cup water if bouillon does not dissolve readily.)
    Add tangerine segments and mushrooms and heat through.
