Moist Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sour milk
3 c. raw, peeled, chopped apples
Preparation

Beat sugar, margarine and eggs until fluffy.
Add soda, cinnamon, flour and milk.
Fold in apples.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour batter in pan and cover with wax paper and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
