Turkey Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium unpared red apple, cored and diced (1 1/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. coarsely diced, cooked turkey
    1 c. halved and seeded red grapes
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. broken walnuts
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    lettuce
    1 hard-cooked egg
Preparation
    Chill ingredients.
    Sprinkle diced apple with lemon juice.
    Add turkey, grapes, celery, walnuts, onion, salad dressing, salt and pepper and toss lightly.
    Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
    Cut white of egg into wedges and arrange in shape of a flower.
    Top with grated yolk.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
