Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
    1 small onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 lb. crab meat
    Old Bay to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 boxes crackers (to spread on)
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften at room temperature about 1 hour.
    Mix by hand, cream cheese and crab meat.
    Dice onion and celery and mix in cream cheese and crab mixture.
    Roll this mixture into a big, softball form.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle Old Bay all over this ball.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
