Spicy Venison Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. hickory flavored salt
Preparation

Slice meat 1/8-inch thick along its grain.
Mix marinade ingredients in bowl.
Brush on meat anytime and as many times to taste.
(I usually make 8 times the recipe for a huge batch and marinate the meat overnight with 1/4 sauce.)
Put meat on broiler pan in 200\u00b0 oven for 5 to 6 hours.
