Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans apricots, drained
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch and sprinkle over apricots in baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Take out and crumble Ritz crackers over.
Put back in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
