Fried Rice With Seafood - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 yellow onion, peeled and cut into large dices
    1 medium size tomato, diced
    1/2 green sweet bell pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. cooked seafood (shrimp or crab)
    Tabasco to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice; allow it to cool.
    Heat a wok or a large frying pan; add the oil.
    Saute the garlic and yellow onion until the onion is clear.
    Add the remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot.
    This is a simple dish to fix but is delicious.
    Serves 4 to 6.
