Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Fleischmann's margarine
2 eggs or egg substitute
1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener or 8 pkg. Equal
3 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. soda
2 c. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a tube pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
Test after 1 hour.
