Swedish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 baking apples
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Slice, core and thinly slice apples.
Mix together the apples, 5 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients and beat for 3 minutes.
Mixture is very thick.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Alternate in pan the apple mixture and batter, starting and finishing with batter.
Bake 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on cool cake.
