Oriental Chicken Breasts(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, split and deboned with skin
1 c. stuffing (your own or purchased)
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Carefully lift skin from flesh of chicken and place 2 to 3 tablespoons of stuffing mix in pocket formed between flesh and chicken.
Secure skin in place with toothpicks and place in a 1 1/2-quart utility dish with the skin side down.
