Creamy Fudge(No Cooking) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Place cream cheese in bowl. Slowly add powdered sugar while mixing. When mixed, add melted chocolate and stir well. Add vanilla. Stir well. Add salt and nuts. Grease 8-inch square pan. Smooth and chill. Cut into small squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 3/4 pounds.
