Purkey Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
    onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cheese, shredded
    8 submarine sandwich rolls
Preparation
    Brown meat and season to taste with onion flakes, salt and pepper.
    Hollow out (slice top off) bread center of sub rolls and save into large bowl.
    Mix all ingredients and fill rolls.
    Place on cookie sheet and cover with foil.
    Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    These freeze and re-heat well.
    Can substitute spaghetti sauce for the 2 soups.
