Fat-Free Banana Crunch Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. Grape-Nut cereal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    In medium
    bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
    In a large bowl, with wire whisk, mix bananas, yogurt, egg substitute and vanilla.
    Stir in flour mixture, just until moistened.
    Spoon batter into muffin pan.
    Bake large muffins approximately 26 minutes, small muffins approximately 20 minutes.
