Tuna With Curried Almond Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    1 c. blanched almonds, slivered or chopped
    1/2 tsp. curry or to taste
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 peppercorns, crushed
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt 6 tablespoons of the margarine.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, covered, for five (5) minutes.
    Add flour and stir until blended. Add milk and simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add tuna.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
