Asparagus Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. asparagus (raw), chopped
    4 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
    2 c. carrots (raw pieces)
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 small onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients through a coarse food grinder. Liquefy remaining ingredients in blender.
    Mix everything together and drop by spoonfuls onto an oiled baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve over lettuce with a mild mustard on the side.
