Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and fat drained
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can tomato sauce
    pepperoni to taste
    mushrooms to taste
    onions to taste
    peppers to taste
Preparation
    Let dough rise overnight.
    Roll out 1 loaf of dough and put in the bottom of a deep dished pizza pan.
    Let dough hang over the edges of the pan.
    Put layer of cheese over dough (reserve 1/4 of cheese for top).
    Layer rest of the ingredients over cheese.
    Roll out other loaf of dough, crimp edges like a pie.
    Pour tomato sauce on top and the rest of the cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves at least 6 to 8 people.
