Creamed Turkey With Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. turkey broth or a combination of broth and milk
1/2 c. turkey fat or butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. turkey, diced
1 c. mushroom soup
1/3 c. chopped pimento
1 small onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
biscuit dough
Preparation

Strain and heat broth.
Mix the turkey fat or butter with flour.
Add hot broth gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add other ingredients.
Pour in flat casserole. Cover with rich biscuit dough, cut with very small cutter.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Yields 10 servings.
