Chess (Egg) Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream the oleo and sugar. Add beaten whole eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells (8-inch). Start at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; turn down to 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
